RE-DEFINING THE WORKSPACE

The Head quarters for the Business Conglomerate is designed within an existing old structure. The building is ‘UP-CYCLED’ to accommodate today’ s working trends- giving importance to informal working ,meeting and break out spaces. The heart of the office building is a tropical courtyard with filtered daylight around which are located the various Business units of the group. Around the  central COURTYARD are discussion spaces- formal and informal, staircases , pantry and restrooms.

Simple materials and minimal finishes are used in the interiors giving importance to the space and greenery.
