A GREEN OASIS

THE POINT is sensitively designed as a destination retail experience as well as a park. The densely vegetated site demands that we save the  large trees and design the buildings around them.

The two large plazas- one at the entrance and the second at the rear are located to ensure that the existing large trees are saved.

The low rise retail feels like a walk in the park with a lot of importance given to the landscape.  The roofs will be the striking feature in the building , with their large overhangs and some of them covered with plants will add interest and a unique character to the space.
